Country Corner Community Work Share Incentive Application
Do you want the benefits of Fresh Vegetables but don’t have the time or space to grow your own?
Are you looking to join in a community effort to experience the bounty of Locally Fresh Grown Produce?
Do you have a minimal Budget? Can you provide a minimal amount of time and effort to reduce your cost of membership? Are you interested in the fresh taste and higher nutritional value of fresh picked produce?
Now you can exchange your labor for a share of farm fresh produce for the entire season!
Work Share Membership: Earn membership by providing 5 hours of work per week throughout the season June 2nd through October 31st. (80 hours total) (Limited to 10 memberships) In exchange, you will receive a total value of $600 in produce for the season.
Terms: Country Corner will exchange Membership Costs to qualifying individuals for hours worked in the areas of farm related programs, activities and day- to-day operation that directly reduce labor costs.
Share incentive program requirements:
- Be willing and able to attend orientation in late May
- Be able to provide reliable transportation to and from farm during work hours
- Be able to honor agreements
- Be willing and able to work outside, sometimes in bad weather
- Be willing to follow directions and work with farm crew
- Be able to leave small children at home or in daycare
- Be able to lift 50 lbs
Tasks include farmers' market sales person or sample person, encouraging customers to sample our produce. Additional opportunities are available during festival weekends where daily tasks may include: parking attendant, fun park assistant, pumpkin weighing and grounds keeping.

Please Note: Not everyone who applies will be acceptable. Country Corner reserves all rights, and all decisions are final. Failure to provide the agreed hours would result in payment due for produce received. Workers leaving during the season will no longer receive produce.
